I initially trained at Wealden Psychology College Institute in Crowborough, and qualified in integrative humanistic psychotherapy and counselling. The training course was accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy), of which I am a fully accredited and registered member.

The psychotherapy and counselling styles, techniques and approaches that I am trained to provide include:

Psychotherapy: Transactional Analysis (TA) & Gestalt

Psychology: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) & Development Attachment Theory

Counselling: Person-Centred Therapy

Alternative: Creativity, Sand Tray, Images

My experience enables me to professionally guide the sessions by using either a blend of therapies, or a specific way of working, whilst exploring your issues and/or difficulties.
