I initially trained at Wealden Psychology College Institute in Crowborough, and qualified in integrative humanistic psychotherapy and counselling. The training course was accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy), of which I am a fully accredited and registered member.

The psychotherapy and counselling styles, techniques and approaches that I am trained to provide include:

 

Psychotherapy: Transactional Analysis (TA) & Gestalt

Psychology: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) & Development Attachment Theory

Counselling: Person-Centred Therapy
